TENTATIVE TRIP COSTS 

Chicago 2025

The approximate cost for the trip is approximately $404.00 for students but is dependent on the number of travelers, busing costs, and admission costs. An exact price will be known after we know the number of people who commit to travel and receive the final costs from the vendors.  Payment amounts will be adjusted and communicated by email once the final amount is determined.

Orlando 2026

PAYMENT DEADLINES 

Payment must be received on or before the date listed.

This trip is offered as-is; travelers may not opt out of portions of the trip for a reduced cost.  Signing up on time will secure your spot on the trip. All payments happen through your Bob Rogers Travel accounts.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS 

Refund requests must be received in writing on the cancellation form (not emailed or through phone call).  Partial refunds are only available for those enrolled in the CFAR trip insurance.
