WHAT ARE WE DOING ON THE TRIP?

On the trip, we will see a Broadway Show (in Chicago - Still working on what show), the National Blues Museum, the St. Louis Arch, take the Journey to the Top tram ride, visit the St. Louis Aquarium at Union Station, enjoy the City Museum, enjoy Star Wars: The Last Jedi in Concert by the St. Louis Symphony, and visit the St. Louis Zoo!

WHAT ABOUT FUNDRAISING?

Don't let money be an issue! We have had many students pay for their entire trip with fundraising!  If you are interested in traveling with us but may have financial barriers, please let us help you with fundraising!

All profits go directly to the student’s travel account! More information is available here.

HOW DO I PAY?

There are 5 payments spread over the 8 months prior to departure.  Payments are made on the BRT system, beginning on October 13th, 2023.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

• Click here to be taken to the Band Trip page.

• Read through the important information including current itineraries, fundraising information, and payment policies.

• Click on the  “Trip Commitment Forms” link and complete the steps listed on the page.

• Submit the deposit payment to your BRT account.

• Register by October 6th, 2023, and submit your deposit by October 13th!
